What you need to know

• Featured homes will be open each day from 10.00am till 4.00pm.
• You may start and finish your journey wherever you like, but each venue may be visited only once.
• Venue entry is by ticket only.
• Your ticket is valid for the three days of the event.

The 10 participating venues are all private homes and we request that you respect the home owner's privacy and property. To avoid embarrassment please adhere to the following simple rules - it will add to everyone's enjoyment and safety:

• Please wear your entrance ticket where it may be easily clipped at each venue.
• Please take off your shoes at each venue and place them in the shoe bags provided. A seat will be available at the entrance to each home should you need it. We recommend sensible footwear.
• This event is NOT suitable for babies, toddlers or children and they will NOT be admitted onto or into the properties under any circumstances.
• NO smoking, food or drink, or animals and NO PHOTOGRAPHY of any kind, including mobile phones.
• Please do not open doors which are closed as these areas are not available for viewing.
• Where ribbons are placed across doorways do not enter these rooms.
• Toilet facilities are available at venues marked (WC)
• Please take care when stopping, driving and parking.
• If you are unable to attend you may give your ticket to someone else but refunds will not be given.
